In accordance with the disclosure requirements of the Provision of Services Regulations 2009 we confirm Loch Employment Law Limited’s professional indemnity insurer is Sompo International – Endurance Worldwide Insurance Limited, 1st Floor, 2 Minster Court, Mincing Lane, London EC3R 7BB. The territorial coverage is worldwide.

HR Advise Me Limited is a company registered in England No 06085143. VAT No 905658704.

The registered office address of Loch Employment Law Limited and HR Advise Me Limited is Oxford House, Mount Ephraim Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, England, TN1 1EN. Pam Loch, Chief Executive Officer of Loch Employment Law Limited is also the majority shareholder and Chief Executive of all of the Loch companies. Loch Employment Law Limited is the only legal services provider in Loch and authorised and regulated by the SRA. Where we work with you through a company other than Loch Employment Law Limited, you are advised:

  • the business will not be regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (‘SRA’)
  • there will be no right to complain to the Legal Ombudsman (except for any work carried out in the unregulated business by an authorised person) 
  • there will be no right to apply for a grant to be made out of the SRA Compensation Fund (if eligible)
  • the work will not be covered by compulsory SRA professional indemnity insurance (PII) but by our other professional indemnity insurance arrangements
  • the work may not be covered by legal professional privilege.
