Partner, Solicitor and Compliance Manager

Caroline qualified as a solicitor in 1994, specialising in pensions and employment law for a large City law firm until 1997, and then moving to work as an in-house Employment Lawyer in retail.

Caroline advises clients across a wide range of employment issues including: change management; restructuring and redundancies, developing employment contracts and handbooks to protect businesses, sickness absence, flexible working and maternity and parental leave, holiday pay, equal pay, working time, managing employee performance and exits, unfair dismissals and disputes between Directors, Shareholders and Partners. Caroline also heads up our internal Compliance team, leading our Data Protection Services as well as providing audits and HR compliance services to clients.

Caroline has a BSc (Hons) in Geography and Biology from the University of Exeter and gained her legal qualifications, CPE and Solicitor’s Final Examination, at the College of Law in London.
