With a pragmatic and people-focused approach, Sarah provides expert guidance on everything from employee relations to compliance, always balancing legal obligations with practical, business-savvy solutions. She believes in making HR accessible, engaging, and even enjoyable—offering reassurance, clear advice, and a touch of good humour along the way.

Sarah is an Associate Member of the CIPD and holds both a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management and a CIPD Level 7 Certificate in Employment Law and is a qualified workplace mediator.

In her spare time, she enjoys walking her two dogs and training for her next marathon.
