Emre is an Associate Solicitor with Loch and he is part of our corporate and commercial team supporting our clients on a range of legal issues and transactions including shareholder agreements, business sales and acquisitions, investments, corporate restructurings and financing. He also has extensive experience in all areas of UK business immigration law and supports our clients in relation to sponsor licence applications, sponsorship managements, compliance audits, internal policy developments and visa applications.

Emre was admitted as a solicitor in 2018, and he has the following qualifications: LLB (Reading University), LPC (University of Law) and LLM in International Tax Law (King’s College London).
