People and Operations Manager

Hayley is our Operations Manager and is passionate about collaborating how systems and processes can be enhanced and improved, particularly through the use of digital solutions. Hayley has a degree in Management Studies from the University of Nottingham as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. Hayley has worked in people management for many years, primarily within the technology and professional services sectors.

Outside of work Hayley enjoys spending time with family and friends and she’s also a keen runner and swimmer.
