Webinar: Safely Navigating Redundancy Processes

Safely Navigating Redundancy Processes

Date Wednesday, 5 November 2025

Time 13:00

Venue Zoom

A practical, scenario-based discussion on redundancy, covering current trends, key considerations and steps to take when planning workforce changes.

Redundancies are rising across the UK workforce. According to the ONS, redundancy rates climbed from 3.5 per 1,000 employees between May and July 2025 to 3.8 per 1,000 between June and August 2025, representing a 9% increase. But, there’s another trend employers can’t afford to ignore: According to the Government’s Tribunal Statistics Quarterly, claims relating to redundancy pay and failure to inform and consult skyrocketed by 1,400% between 2023/24 and 2024/25, suggesting that many organisations are getting the process wrong.

Behind these numbers are real businesses hit with unexpected legal claims, reputational damage and operational disruption, simply because they weren’t prepared.

If your organisation is considering workforce change, you need a clear, compliant plan to avoid these risks. This webinar is your roadmap to risk-aware redundancy planning that protects your business and your people.

Can’t make the live session? Sign up anyway and we’ll send you the full recording so you can watch it at a time that suits you, ensuring you don’t miss a single insight.
