2024 Session 2: Building to Better

No business can afford to stand still. As your business grows, your attention will shift to people and team development and, unfortunately, conflict resolution. During this session, we’ll consider:

• How can we get the best from our people (The Performance Management Cycle, Objective-Setting & Feedback)?
• How can we get the best from our teams (Staff Surveys, Staff Training & Staff Handbooks)?
• How can we resolve complaints & conflicts (Grievances, Staff Conflicts & Mediation)?

We will also be joined by Emma Cleary from Flexibility Matters who will be helping us explore the benefits and risks of recruitment and flexible working.
