Building a strong team is essential if you want to build a successful business, but recruiting staff is a challenging task. During this session, we’ll consider:

• What role do you need to fill (Job Descriptions & Person Specifications, Hours, Contract Length, Place of Work, Employment Status)?
• How will you comply with the law (The Equality Act 2010 – Job Advertisements, Selection & Interviewing & Immigration Rules)?
• What do you need to do when you’ve found ‘the one’ (Offer Letters, Contracts, Policies & Pre-Employment Checks)?
• What should onboarding involve (Induction, Training & Probation)?
• What if it doesn’t work out (Termination during Probation & Risk Management)
